Trish Gibson - President

Trish has over 25 years of experience in E&P, Energy Marketing and Midstream organizations in North America and Europe. She has successfully held many senior executive positions at large national and multi-national energy companies. Trish is known for building high performing teams by fostering a culture of integrity, respect and teamwork to achieve results. Trish is responsible for the overall leadership of Factor's executive leadership team, setting Factor's vision and strategic direction and providing executive representation with external, stakeholders, industry organizations and community organizations.

Bob Ferris - Chief Financial Officer, VP Risk

With over two decades of financial sector executive experience, Bob has excelled in various senior leadership roles including (CEO),(CFO), and Executive Vice President of Operations and Strategy. Bob has also played the pivotal role of Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in his career. With a proven track record in both regional and multinational financial settings, Bob's expertise, along with his notable achievements in finance, strategy, risk management, and mergers and acquisitions, uniquely positions him to help lead Factor into new and promising horizons.

Randy Alwood - VP Operations and Business Development

Randy brings 35 years of experience working with NGL businesses. Through the years, Randy has held various leadership roles, including manager of Provident’s Redwater frac and storage facility (Alberta), Senior Manager of Pembina’s Corunna storage facility (Sarnia) and Senior Manager Operations and Joint Ventures in Pembina’s NGL Business Unit. Since 2022, Randy has been leading Factor’s logistics group and is responsible for Factor’s terminal operations and Factor’s initiatives in growth, diversification, capital investments/acquisitions and strategic partnerships with stakeholders.

Tamsin Henry - General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Administration Officer

Tamsin is a legal professional and problem solver with 27 years of experience (15 in-house) and has held senior leadership positions with a large multi-national energy services company and the largest energy industry association in Canada. Among other things, she supports Factor’s business operations, risk, compliance and HR functions and provides advice and leadership on all governance, legal, commercial contracts and Board matters. Tamsin drives a culture based on compliance, ethics, and respectful work environment for staff and stakeholders.
